1. Introduction

Welcome to our Terms of Service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our custom packaging manufacturing services. By engaging with our Foshan-based factory for paper boxes, paper bags, cylinder boxes, and premium gift boxes, you accept these terms in full.

We specialize in providing high-end, eco-friendly packaging solutions primarily to brands in Europe, North America, and other global markets. Our commitment is to deliver quality products while maintaining strict environmental and manufacturing standards.

2. Orders & Specifications

All orders are subject to acceptance by our manufacturing facility. Upon requesting a custom quote, clients must provide accurate specifications including but not limited to:

Dimensions & Structure: Exact measurements, structural design requirements, and material thickness.
Artwork & Finishing: Vector artwork, logos, specific Pantone matching colors, and finishing requests (e.g., foil stamping, embossing, spot UV).
Sustainability: Required certifications such as FSC-certified paper, recycled content percentages, or soy-based inks.

Once a physical or digital proof is approved by the client, the mass production process begins. Any subsequent changes requested may incur additional costs and affect the delivery schedule.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuations in raw paper material costs.

Standard payment terms require a 30% to 50% deposit before mass production commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to shipment. We accept international wire transfers (T/T) and other agreed-upon commercial payment methods.

4. Manufacturing, Lead Times & Delivery

Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation and order confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, lead times are estimates and may be subject to force majeure events, material shortages, or shipping delays beyond our control.

We offer various shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) depending on client preference. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or as defined by the agreed Incoterms.

5. Quality Assurance & Claims

We pride ourselves on rigorous quality control. Upon receipt of your packaging order, you must inspect the goods within 14 days. Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within this timeframe, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Minor variations in color (within standard printing tolerances) and structural dimensions (±1-2mm) are standard in the paper packaging industry and do not constitute a defect.
